IIa Impact Awards are annual employee awards designed to recognize employee contributions to Information International Associates. Each award will recognize an individual who lives the IIa ’s values and works to advance our mission and vision. Five IIa Impact Awards will be made annually from employee nominations. (Note: only IIa employees are eligible to submit nominations for the Impact Award.)

To nominate a colleague, please complete the following form. After describing the achievement, please use the spaces provided to tell us about the IIa values (one or more) that your nominee demonstrated. For each value you choose, tell how your nominee displays this value as it relates to IIa. [See the corporate philosophy web page for more information on IIa's mission, vision, & values.]

The annual award period is July 1 through June 30. Employees may nominate colleagues throughout the year, however the deadline for nominations will be August 1st following the close of the fiscal year. Awards will be presented in August. Nominations should cover employee achievements for the most recent fiscal year.

Notes about selection:

1. Winners are not eligible to win the award in the year immediately following the year in which they were a winner (individual members of teams that won a team award will be eligible, but not the team).
2. Selection committee members may not nominate or be nominated for the award.
3. Selection committee members must excuse themselves from rating nominations for projects or individuals at their own work location.
